[DH2] What incurs an attack of opportunity?

So there's a sidebar in the actions section of the book stating that if you flee from an enemy you are engaged with, they get a free action, standard attack.

Is there anything else that triggers an attack of opportunity? (Such as using a ranged weapon while engaged in melee, using a psychic ability, etc.)
