Today my puppy came and sat on my lap and I'm so scared.

I'm so so scared that this was a goodbye. I've heard so many stories about animals saying goodbye to their humans in their own way before they die. My puppy, Pippin is sick with parvo. It's a long story but I can't treat him because money issues, unexpected events and because I'm stuck in a country. I set up a GoFundMe for him but only my friends and few kind strangers donated and I'm super super grateful but it's not enough.

I'm trying to accept the idea that I'm going to lose him but it's so hard. When he sat on my lap, I cried. I felt like he was telling me something, like that it's gonna be ok because he will be in a better place. I have no idea how to deal with this, I'm just dreading everyday because without the proper care, it's the clock ticking everyday, at the end of each day it feels like I'm getting closer to the end. I wake up I dreading checking up on him Evey morning. I wouldn't wish that feeling upon my worst ennemy.

Please talk to me Reddit. I really need you right now.

Edit: REDDIT YOU MAY HAVE SAVED MY PUPPY! I can't believe this is happening!!! You're bloody incredible! Thank you to all the people that donated, or wanted to donated, thank you to everyone who gave me advice and even made some research for me, thank you a hundred times!!! I will keep you updated! I can finally bring my sweet little puppy to the vet. I cannot believe it. Thank you! :D

Edit: So I kinda haven't slept all night because of the excitement mixed with fear mixed with "woah this is actually happening" so I contacted the clinic I first took him in, vet was very happy I could treat him, we are getting ready to bring him in. I noticed his breathing is heavier this morning, that's unusual but I hope it's nothing. I've given him some water as the vet asked me to do because he will probably get stressed out and may throw up again on the way. I can't wait until this is all over, can't imagine how bad it must have been for him. So thank you all again! I don't know exactly what will happen at the vet once I take him in but I probably will take some time to reply to your comments, sorry! Anyways, thank you all, you've been a great help <3 I'll update my GoFundMe very soon :)

Edit: I just had the scare of my life guys. I mentioned somewhere here that I've deleted the bill off my GoFundMe because someone was harassing me and threatened to use my information on the bill. I was too naive and didn't hide the important information on my bill. This person spread false information on Facebook about my campaign and threatened to report my campaign which they did and GoFundMe contacted me yesterday to ask for proof, which I provided and I sent them the messages I've received from this person and the problem was solved.

Today my Facebook account was hacked, I suppose by this same person. So I could not access my GoFundMe and was very worried that they have accessed the funds raised and transferred it to their own account instead of mine. Fortunately, a friend let me know that I was posting rude and inappropriate things on my Facebook soon enough and I contacted GoFundMe to let them know, they changed my account to an email account and not a Facebook one and gave me a new password. PHEW. My Facebook account was now deactivated by the hacker or by Facebook, not sure. Just wanted to let you guys know what's going on. We're heading to the vet now, wish Pippin good luck :) i will keep you guys updated.

Edit 18th/08: Hey guys! I'm finally back home, sorry for not replying to some of your comment, it was quite a busy and stressful day. Vet is keeping Pippin overnight for two nights to start with, they said they will keep me updated daily on his progress. The vet thinks Pippin will be there for about four days which surprised me because it isn't what I was told at the other clinic when he had parvo test. They made a second parvo test to confirm the other clinic's first test and unfortunately still positive but his health is kind of stable according to the vet and we all believe and hope that he will make it! Vet and staff are super nice, Pippin seemed to be less distressed and I got to kiss him goodbye before he was taken into emergency care. I won't be able to see him until after tomorrow which means that I will update you again after tomorrow :)

In this edit I included a few more pictures of Pippin and today's and tomorrow's bill which was sent to me through email by the vet at my request. I will post the physical copies of the bill on Monday or later in the week depending on Pippin's health so check this thread or my gofundme for the updates.

Three things that I want to address:

• I haven't received any more donations since I reached my goal but i have received a few messages asking for the link to donate, please do not donate anymore. Thank you for offering though and I appreciate your generosity :)

• I've seen a two comments saying that this is all fake because I haven't posted my GoFundMe, I actually did post my GoFundMe and you would know if you just took five minutes to read the comments. I said that I will PM the link to people who ask for it because it is against the subbreddit's rules to link a GoFundMe link.

• MY PUPPY WAS VACCINATED. Please read the comments before calling me irresponsible. The only thing I was irresponsible about and I will admit it was to bring him with me but he was vaccinated for Parvo and he is up to date.
