Between Ironbeak Owl and Spellbreaker, which do you prefer and why?

More specifically, which would be better to run for the sake of breaking Taunts and Deathrattles? The Spellbreaker, for its decent stat-to-mana ratio, or Ironbeak Owl, for its cheaper cost?
