-I get your plates via camera or just in person. That is linked to either you or someone who will give you up. (they will give you up 90% if threatened with being party to illegal activity)

-if you are on foot I get your picture circulated (this works well in the small area I work)

-there is no time limit for any of this, I have gotten people a month after because I find remnants of security wire, or packaging or any clue, I back track it to see when it was put there, and BOOM I have you.

I am not saying this to be a cock fucker, I am saying this because in my youth I didn't know any of this and I may or may not have walked out of the store and neglected to pay for shit. If I would have known this I would have been shitting bricks.
