Dumb high ideas

So recently in science they were able to map out the brain better and what not, giving them a blueprint to work with. The only problem is if you just make a brain it won't really do anything. So what if they kind of copied someone's brain into a new one?

I think with stem cells and the tech they have where they can implant memories into people's brains and make it seem as if they were there. Like copy and paste.
