My second monitor isn't detecting

The monitor is a samsung T27A300(HDMI ONLY) When i go to windows Display settings it doesn't show up, nor does it in nvidia. I've updated all the nvidia drivers and its still not detecting. Its just a black screen saying "No Signal,Please check if the connected device is powered up "

I run a Gt740 , Windows 10, i5 4460 3.2Ghz
