Single item moving?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. I need to move a fairly large desk (67" x 80") and it weighs about 400 lbs. It needs to be moved from the ground floor in Ann Arbor to the upper floor in Chelsea. What's the cheapest way to do the move?
