What is the highest Single target DPS skill/build?

Ive made it up to 79 mostly using frost blades which is fun but the single target DPS isn't the best, I would like to focus on killing bosses rather than map clear speed, anyone know what are the top best single target dps skills? I hear sunder is good? How about dual strike?
