Going CT for the first time ever!

I first heard of kratom about a year ago, and decided to give it a try just to see what it was all about. Well, I fell in love with it. I have only dabbled with the occasional party drug when I was younger and have never become dependent on any substance. Well, not until I started taking Kratom.

At the beginning, I was only taking 2g a day, but for the past few months I have been taking 6-12g every day. I have never tried to quit, but one time I ran out, and I ended up having terrible RLS. That the day when I realized I have gone too far. The RLS that will be coming is going to be the hardest part for me.

I have so many good things going on right now in life, I recently got engaged, and I got accepted into my dream program at school and start in a couple of weeks. I worked so hard to get here! I want to experience these things without Kratom holding me back.

My main motivation right now is a drug test I have coming up. I've heard Kratom can trigger false positives, which is what helped make my mind up that I need to stop. I have many other reasons too, but that's the one that makes me want to quit NOW.

I came to this sub to hold myself accountable. There is so much love and support in this sub, and to be honest, I am absolutely terrified of tomorrow!

Wish me luck!
