Dual monitor refresh rate

Hello

I have used UnraidOS before because it was easier to do GPU Passthrough but it made life harder when switching VMs.

1 - Will I be able to use the Windows VM on my main monitor at 144Hz?

2 - Also i have a KVM switch could I share keyboard and mouse using that? Plug both KVM USB cables into two different ports that are on a different PCI Bus?

3 - Is it possible to automatically switch Linux hosts start menu to secondary monitor when windows VM boots
