Birchbox refund?

Ok so a couple of days ago on a wim I subscribed to birchbox but after doing research I said that I dident want it anymore so i pressed the unsub button but I look at my account a day later and theyve billed me for august so i emailed them and asked nicely for a refund and to cancel the order since it's only been a day since they billed me its been over the 24 hours and still no response

What do you guys think is a refund exceptable?
