Zeiss high-index 1.9 - order online, ship to US?

I have a -10.5 astigmatic prescription and our US limitations at 1.74 lenses are not cutting it. Is there any workaround to ordering 1.9 Zeiss lenses from another country and getting them shipped to the US?

I just want to have clear glasses without eye-minimizing effects!
