Cooling Question

Hi, it's me again, sorry if I'm flooding the subreddit, but I really wanna get my first build right.
So I'm buying this case, and it comes with a Kraken cooler. However, I'm getting this CPU cooler with the build. Will there be compatibility issues for the build, or will my PC just be double-cooled?
