At least stable 60 fps on 1080p at low-mid graphics on new or at least newer games.

I am requesting help because I am not sure what motherboard would be a good fit for this build, I also don't know what kind of a part you need to add wi-fi capability. Any suggestions on price reduction would be appreciated as well since the current build is a little too expensive, but pretty close to my ballpark.
