Killed Spinos in Central Canyon Area and now they dont respawn, WHY?

I play on single player ragnarok. Once i cleared all the spinos 4-5 in central canyon (all low lvls), i no longer see any respawn. I saw spino related notes on the patch but still dont see any respawns. Is there a fix for this or is this intended?
