Mikhaila Glitch In Beginning of the game

Hi, I haven't found a solution to this bug, but for some reason I started a new game of Prey after beating my previous save and I can no longer continue the beginning of the game due to Mikhaila being in the office. It does not allow me to watch the video January wants to me see because of Mikhaila being in the room. Is there a work around for this? or is this permanently stuck for me.
