Need help with Jubei

I've always wanted a imouto, but I ended up becoming the youngest in the family myself. So, after witnessing the story of Blazblue, I've been trying to convince my mother to procreate with the neighbour's cat, in hopes of obtaining a cat girl imouto, but my mother always passes it off as a joke. Please help me.
