Is Rebel Media collapsing?

Recently I keep seeing things with the rebel and how employee's of the company keep leaving due to shady practices by the company and how others are just... done with it.

People leaving the company:

Brian Liley: http://globalnews.ca/news/3672577/rebel-media-cofounder-brian-lilley-explains-decision-to-quit/

Caolan Robertson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3UKAivWrio&list=LL1i10ARnWSXr3m1Oz8geDpw

Gavin McInnes: http://www.canadalandshow.com/gavin-mcinnes-leaving-rebel/

A couple of the people mention hear have cited issue with the companies ethics as a reason that they have left. With this mass exodus of employee's to the company, does this mean that The Rebel could done for, as in might not exist in the next couple of years?
