[A][US][Sargeras] <Rude Boys> 9/9H recruiting all roles/classes for Mythic ToS

<Rude Boys> is a squad of people who have been playing together since the launch of Legion.

We have managed 7/7M Cutting Edge EN, 2/3M ToV, 6/10M NH, and so far 9/9H Tomb.

You may ask what happened to our Mythic raiding this tier? Life happens, plain and simple. A lot of the leadership along with some members of the raid team had real world obligations that limited their schedules. Now with H Tomb on farm status the raid team is hungry for what we used to do, Mythic raiding.

That brings us to you guys/gals! We don't care if you have zero Mythic exp in your past as long as you are willing to learn. We have no issue helping those who lack a little gear or have only done a certain number of bosses thus far. Hell, maybe you can teach us a thing or two.

Raid Schedule:

Tue: 7-10pm cst (Server Time) Thur: 7-10pm cst (Server Time)

We have alot of members who love Mythic + and we have several who just want the 15 done every week. We gladly can accommodate either type of person on that front. These are ran on off raid days and a group or two are running most evenings.

Loot System:

We use a 5 person loot council to determine and distribute gear. Our thought process on handing out a piece of loot goes in this order: Attendance>Major Upgrade>Minor Upgrade>Greed(for titanforging)>Tmog/DE.

With all this considered and two candidates are equally qualified for the piece, it goes to an old fashioned /roll.
