What does work classify as an evening shift?

I want to work beyond 5 (can't be 4) and submitted an application for evening shifts and opted for an evening call if they want a phone interview.

According to Google, evening is 5:01 to 8pm. However, I'm busy the next 2 days (tomorrow I will be free around 4, but the day after I won't be).

Is this okay? And what classifies as an evening shift? 4 or 5?

The store in particular I am posting about is Kroger.
