Help! Not seeing change
So I've lost weight several different ways through out the course of 6 years. I started with weight watchers and it really helped because I learned what a true portion size was. I've since done several other things that have taken me from 240 lbs to 169 lbs today, and in fact I've been smaller at 162 lbs. The only problem is that I've been stuck at around 169 lbs with no change. I've done everything including falling off and not counting, and luckily maintaining despite sometimes binging because I kept saying I'll start tomorrow. Anyways I started to really count again at 1600 calories as far back as August 2nd, however I would say I really cracked down on the condiments and measuring fruit and veggies on a scale within the past week. Also this is my third day at eating 1400 calories. I have not cheated or splurged in the past 2 weeks I know for sure. I also have been running a mile at a time for 2 weeks and the past two days I have jumped on the bike until it says I've burned 350 calories, which I know probably isn't the most precise, but I've burnt something in the 30 mins I'm on it. I do not eat back my calories and I also do not have any BLTs. I follow this subreddit and fatlogic and usually find what most put or say to be true. I'm writing this for help and needing to vent/out of frustration. My husband says I need to do what he's doing, which is intermittent fasting. He eats a small snack a couple of hours before he eats one big meal, and then a desert. He has had a lot of success and is pretty fit and trim. I don't know what to do. Currently guzzling water trying to bide my time till I get off from work and can eat my big dinner.
