Does anyone's skin prickle?

I get this strange prickling itch over large parts of my body, I have had normal eczema patches that itch and hurt but usually I have this constant dry prickle all over my whole body that makes it impossible to be comfortable ever. Anyone else? This is very hard to go through alone
