PH Problem?

http://imgur.com/mpZ7paB Hey my people! Just making sure that this is a ph issue? I have a few leaves growing with these deformities and few growing with yellow spotting.

F2 from seed (Northern Lights) 780 Watts of Mars Hydro LED. Temp is 72 Humidity is 65% Water temp is around 70. Air Pump. Filtered water at ph5.5 PPM is at 430. 2x fans and one carbon scrub vent fan 4x4 tent. I grow Hydro in a DWC/Wick System.
