Does anyone else get wicked sick after a CT w/contrast?

The last three scans I've had, I start vomiting almost exactly twelve hours after the scan. I don't know if it's the barium or the contrast dye but it's simply awful. This time (had a scan yesterday) I drank two extra liters of water the six hours after and I have been taking compazine every eight hours to try and stave off the puking. I think it's working because I'm at 24 hours and I still feel ok.

Does anyone else get terribly sick after a scan? And if you do, have you figured out if it's the barium or the dye?
