Please let me change my name Google

I don't know what else to do. Changed my Google name, can't change back. I've waited about 9 months, it just says the same thing. I guess I'm done with Gmail if I can't fix this really soon. Can't figure how to contact anyone. Hopefully someone here can help.

It's such a stupid rule, I changed it on YouTube not realizing it was changing my entire account. Is it really necessary to make this so difficult?
