Help with the mobile studio pro 13!!?

I got a mobile studio pro 13 and one of the things it can do is be a second display so I bought the Wacom link the dang thing cost 70 bucks and when I went to plug the Wacom link into my computer and my mobile studio pro 13 both screens flicker and glitch. I have tryed every to make this god damn Wacom link work but it just doesn't the drivers on my computer and mobile studio are both up to date and yes I did plug the USB C in the middle slot , it didn't work , so idk what im doing wrong but I need help please
