Mission Call came!

My mission call is thin, does that mean I'll be going stateside? The postage cost was $2.03. I won't be able to open it up until tomorrow. Any advice that might help? Update I got called to serve the Virginia, Richmond mission Spanish speaking! Leaving December 6th!
