When they find Naido, she is naked. How does Andy retrieve her in clothed state?

In season 2, when Mike gives info about Bob, why doesn't he say Bob is in Leland. He seems to know this from FWWM car scene.

In season 1, episode 3, does cooper know name of killer immediately after waking from dream? If yes, why doesn't it write it down? If no, why does he suggest to Truman that he knows.

Why does fireman give cooper cryptic clues in season 2 instead of concrete info? Wouldn't the latter be more useful?
