How do you contact paypal from outside of the US?

Hi!

I haven't used my account in a while (few years) and I can't login. I also can't find an email adres where I can point my questions to.

The only option I can find is to call to the US. That is very expensive for me and not feasible.

Any tips on how to contact Paypal?

(I don't have social media also)
