What is your favorite way to prepare shirataki noodles?

Hi! I'm so excited to make ruled.me pad thai for dinner tonight, and because I like to overthink everything I'm wondering how you fine folks like to prepare your shirataki noodles? Google suggests dry frying, I've read that the instapot does wonders.... what do you do? Thanks!!!
