No sales yet, but plenty of visitors, what's wrong with my shop?

I'd love some blunt and detailed feedback on my site. I'm advertising, posting, blogging, etc and in the last week I've had almost 200 people go TO my shop. They must be at least interested to actually go to it, I've even had a few people sign up for my email list.

But NO sales, which makes me start to think that there's something about my site that they don't like.
