Any way to pick up Destiny 1 super cheap? (Xbox One)

I'm a PC player mainly but I also have an Xbox One so I wanted to take a look at D1 as a brand new player. Ever since the addition of Destiny 2 on Battle.net I've been interested.

I figured I could check out D1 on my xbox while waiting for D2 to release on PC however it seems like the game is pretty expensive considering it will be abandoned very soon. I assume the vast majority will switch over to D2.

I'm curious if there is a way to maybe get the base game super cheap?

I'm a bit surprised the game isn't available straight from Bungie for a low sale price considering the end of D1 is right around the corner...
