Pelvic floor lengthening. Glute muscles biomechanics.

Hello everybody. Pelvic floor disorder subreddit is not really active, so I hope somebody here will help with some thoughts. Sorry if it's too long.

Male, 21. I have super tight pelvic floor muscles that seem impossible to relax. It greatly diminishes my quality of life and I desperately want to get rid of it, just don't know what exactly should I do (I have no PTs for men pelvic floor issues where I live and generally medical community isn't familiar with the issue, have been to multiple of docs). I also have leaning forward type of posture like on this pic: http://imgur.com/a/7hsXV . It creates impression of Anterior Pelvic Tilt but when I put the weight of my body back over the middle/heels of the feet everything seem ok.

After researching, I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOoTC9DpB3k&t=2s (which says you have to strengthen your glutes in order to pull the sacrum out and therefore lengthen the pelvic floor). Started walking with straight posture (no forward leaning) and glute activation (lots of people with tight pelvic floor advise it) but my pelvic floor seems a lot more tighter during and after walking. Not sure if pelvic muscles contract automatically when glutes are squeezed, or just being stretched and pulled on. I think it's probably the first one (found some articles that say glute and PF fire together).

What do you think about this type of glute walking with a straight posture? How do I know if I have short or long hamstrings? Previously I thought I have Anterior Pelvic Tilt and therefore shouldn't stretch my hamstrings but after finding out I probably have only this forward lean I'm quite confused.

If anyone here is familiar with the problem and probably have some experience of lengthening, stretching pelvic floor muscles over time, please share your thoughts.

Any info will be greatly appreciated!
