Lbx 0300S?

http://www.evike.com/products/61122/ What are you thoughts on this plate carrier? I'm 6 foot and 140 pounds. I like the smaller more modular plate carriers and this one is sticking out to me. I don't know if I need if it holds 3 mags without anything or if I need to get a 3 set of double m4 pouches. Also how weird would this look if I didn't get the plates for it? I like it because it looks small and lightweight while being able to weave a sling through the shoulder pads and tons of options for storage. What do you guys think?
