Best way product to reduce fan vibration on case?

So I have 2 fans mounted on the aluminum of the case and when they ramp up I get a hum and a vibration, I've seen products like gaskets and silicone screws to mount the fans. I know the sensible thing is to change the fans. But the vibration isn't that bad and I like the fans but I want to correct this to get the quietest as possible.

So PCMR what do you recommend me look into? The fans I have are Corsair SP120 RGB
