World Clash Ninja Issue

So World Clash Ninja has been a real great mode for the game and has made it enjoyable again to play. But I was wondering if you guys have ever experience players that intentional don't take their turn and try to force you to give up. I don't know if this is a glitch but even with a timer, it doesn't time out on them. It's happened to me twice and I've gotten lucky that it say I've lost connection to them and have been given the default win. Just wondering if you guys have experience it also.
