What problems can I expect from a restomod?

Had an 80's atb frame that I modified. It originally had a 6-speed rear with 130mm spacing, made it into a 135mm and planning on using a 10sp cassette (11-42) with a 40t front for a 1x10. Will I have problems with this? If there are, what can I do?
