New sprout! Would like to know what it is

This guy sprouted up practically overnight! The leaves have been growing for around a week but the stem shot up out of nowhere!! I bought a package of mixed plant bulbs from the local pet store so I have no clue what this guy is. I'm just really surprised it's growing! Also a nice photobomb from 2 of my sunburst platys.
