GoGo Entertainment on American Airlines unsupported browser?

I fly on American a lot and have been trying to connect to their inflight entertainment over WiFi. I have their entertainment app installed, but it just opens a web browser that says it's not supported (no 64 bit support).

Has anyone gotten this to work?
