An idea for changing Innervate

This was an idea commented by u/Witticism44 in this post:

Essentially the card text would read something like "Refresh 2 mana crystals". It would prevent T1 vicious fledgling shenanigans while still being useful with cards like Gadgetzan auctioneer. What do you guys think?
