[QUESTION] samash special order

I wanted a fender bass in a certain color but they didnt have it so the assistant said that he could just order it directly from fender and have it shipped to samash so i could just pick it up. he said it should take about a week and its been 10 days since i ordered it. how long does it take usually for special orders at sam ash?
