How do I get this game running on my computer?

Windows 7 64-bit. 3.0 GHz. GTX 750 TI DirectX 11

I've tried everything I can. At best I can get the game to run as far as the opening cinematic, but once the cinematic is over the game is stuck in a loading screen that never seems to end.
