Key bugg?

im lvl 4 honor and iv gotten 3 keys in from lvl 2 to 4 how can i level when im totaly not getting any stuff for it never seen a chest when my friends are already got like 4 chest and around 23 keyfrags and hes lvl 3 whats going on here.... Please fix this im not toxic im just not realy talking in chat if thats what you want sure go for it and tell me. ( i need the ww skin ;-; )
