Unable to download app

Hey guys, I'm new to spoofing. Just decided to give it a go today. I finally got TutuApp to download onto my iPhone but when I try to download the Pokemon go back I get a message saying "unable to download." I've tried solutions found on the internet like resetting network settings and deleting and re-downloading tutu but have had no success. Is this a common occurrence or am I doing something wrong?
