Kodi v17.3 - Zero Cache setting not working?

Hey all, I'm having some trouble! I've been trying to set up 0 cache on the updated advancedsettings.xml - but it doesn't seem to be having any effect. Here's a copy of my xml, in .kodi/userdata -
