AC: Origins - Amunet

Do you think we'll run into Amunet? She was originally referenced in AC2 as one of the entombed assassins that Ezio has to find to get the armor of Altair. Apparently she was responsible for the death of Cleopatra.

I understand that the game will be set in 49 BCE, during the Ptolemaic period (when Cleopatra reigned) and that Cleopatra died in 30 BCE, so what implications might that have for Origins and the emerging Assassin brotherhood if one of their own number will possibly be responsible for Cleo's death in the game events?

I guess there could be alternatives. Maybe Ubisoft will skip Amunet altogether, which would create a plot hole that would be hard to reconcile, or maybe rumors of Cleo's death were greatly exaggerated by the Templars for some reason. Misinformation is definitely part of their M.O. This latter thing seems unlikely though, since we learn of Amunet through an assassin tomb, and not by reading it from Abstergo or something. Doesn't seem probable that the Templars would hide a piece of misinformation like that in a place that may never be explored again, even if they did know about the tombs.

Apologies if something similar has been posted before, but I'm genuinely curious about what you all think.
