Upgrading my PC, thoughts?

Hello i am dude from Sweden and bought my first PC a year go ago for 1000€. And going to buy parts in 4 days and wondering if everything fits and works with each part, or if you think anything should be replaced etc.

• Budget: 1100 EURO upgrade

What i am upgrading/changing:

• Motherboard

• CPU

• CPU Fan

• RAM

• SSD

• WIN 10

Computer for gaming and streaming! I want this PC to be able to handle most new games with ULTRA 1080p while i am just playing, streaming and gaming it i don't mind having it on LOW settings.

Games i currently play:

• BATTLEFIELD 1
• PUGB
• OVERWATCH
• CS:GO
• osu!

I And i am not sure but if i can overclock the 1800x it to 3.8 Ghz with this fan i let me know what options i have.
