Is it September 6th yet?

I cannot wait for school to start on Sept. 6. My wife and I have gotten sick and tired of going to Westlake Park for lunch and haing hordes of screaming kids running around and being obnoxious.

And don't even get me started on the loud, live music disrupting the quiet.

It will be so nice on September 7 to go to the Nordstrom Grill and be able to enjoy a nice meal in peace without kids running through the store while security yells at them to behave.

It will be so nice to ride a Metro Bus that isn't full of screaming kids because the Wedgwood Boys & Girls Club is too cheap to rent a van to transport their day camp kids to and from MoPop.

It will be so nice to leisurely stroll through Northgate Mall and not have some punk shove me out of the way while he plays Pokemon Go.

My wife is looking forward to going to a Sit And Be Fit class at the U-District YMCA and not have screaming children running around because mommy couldn't find a babysitter while she did her Pilates class.

September 6 can't come fast enough.
