Cody told Kevin about his daughter in confidence. How did it come out publicly and has Cody said anything to Kevin?

I assume Kevin told Paul, et al at some point, but I don't watch the feeds much at all and never saw if Kevin said Cody asked him not to tell or what. When did it get back to Cody that Kevin had betrayed that confidence and was there any fallout?
