Nerf the Ass Shotgun or Rebuff the Juggernaut

The ass shotgun is better than the instigator, more accurate, more damage at range, easier to fight and with the rest of the wraith's kit it's easier to get into deadly range and fire without getting blown up. She has knives. My understanding was she is an assassin, so let her assassinate shit. I'm tired of getting hit for 280 damage when she clips me with it at speed before I can turn to return fire.
